You will learn from our provisional psychologist, Teresa, about how to manage symptoms of stress so that they don’t have a detrimental impact on your physical and emotional well-being. Throughout the workshop you will be taught relaxation and Mindfulness skills that will help you de-stress your life today and into the future.
