Check out our new Meditation room!

The last couple of months I have been focused on transforming our super boring boardroom. It never got used and was fast becoming our junk room. I decided that what Mind Potential needed was a space without harsh lights where we could come and chill-out. So I made the MPP Chill-out/Meditation room.

This space is all about putting your feet up and relaxing. Click on the video below to check it out. If you would like to have your session in our meditation room just let your Psychologist know and they will be more than happy to oblige!

Hey guys, Danielle McCarthy here from Mind Potential Psychology. So today I am coming to you from what has been a secret room over the last few months. I banned all of the psychologists from entering the room because I wanted to do something special. Today, I have finally let them back in to see what I’ve been working on and I also want to share it with you guys.

I’ve been working on creating a “chill-out/meditation room” for everybody. This is for psychologists and clients – basically whoever wants to enjoy it. I’ve been working really hard on making a space that’s super relaxing and chilled. I wanted it to be dim, smell good, look good, and feel good. A place where you can come and switch off and just relax.

If you feel like you would benefit from this room, feel free to let your psychologist know and they can do your session out of the room. Alternatively, you can come and chill in here while you’re waiting for your psychologist (so long as it’s free). As you can see we have a few rules for the room:

“Time in the MPP Chill-out Room.”  In here, you must have a cup of tea or coffee, enjoy something to eat, connect with others, meditate, read, listen to music or an audiobook and most importantly, put your feet up and relax. So that’s basically the rules for entering this room. It’s all about just chilling out and relaxing.
