Overcoming sleep difficulties: 3. Go to bed when you’re tired

That must mean the next step is about when to go to bed. It’s easy for us to get caught going to bed because it’s a certain time, or because that’s when our partner is going to bed. However, what we need to do is listen to our own body clock and head to bed only when we’re TIRED. You know…when you can barely keep your eyes open…when you’re yawning.. 😴
